Paleo Sessions @ the Italian Geosciences Joint Congress

The Joint Congress of the Italian Society of Mineralogy and Petrology, the Italian Geological Society, the Italian Association of Volcanology, and the Italian Geochemistry Company, entitled “Geosciences: a tool in a changing world“, will be held in Pisa, 4 to 6 September 2017.

Among the proposed sessions, one is directly related to Paleontology, and was just announced by the Italian Paleontological Society:

  • Session P14. Elements at the edge of life: minerals and mineralization processes in present and past organisms (A. Collareta (UNIPI), K. Gariboldi (UNIPI/UNIMIB), G. Bosio (UNIMIB), B. Cavalazzi (UNIBO))
